Data privacy rights
You can ask Pastidy to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@pastidy.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong.
- Delete your data (the right to be forgotten), where we do not need to keep it by law.
- Restrict or object to some processing, including marketing.
- Receive a copy of your data in a usable format.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
How to make a request
Email hello@pastidy.com from the email address you bought with. We may ask for proof of identity so we only act on requests from the right person.
Lawful basis
We process your data to perform the contract (sending your licence and supporting you), to meet legal duties (tax and accounting), and for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and preventing fraud.
Where data is stored
Our database and hosting run on Cloudflare. Some providers (Dodo Payments, Plunk) may process data outside your country, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
