Features
Pastidy is a small Windows app. It keeps everything you copy, and it puts your everyday tools in a notch at the top of your screen. Hover or click the notch to open it, or open the full dashboard for more.

The notch
A small bar at the top of your screen that holds your tools. It opens when you hover over it, or when you click, whichever you prefer.
- Choose one of nine positions, or drag it anywhere.
- Choose the look and theme, with colours and animations.
- Pick which tabs appear, and put them in your order.
- See timers, the lyrics of the song playing, and volume changes even when it is closed.
- Keep it open, shrink it to a small tile, or hide what is on screen with one click.
Quick paste (Ctrl + Alt + V)
Press Ctrl + Alt + V anywhere to open your clipboard in the middle of the screen. Click an item to paste it into the app you were using.
- Copied and pinned tabs, newest first.
- Search your copies, apps and files as you type.
- Pin the items you use most.
- Clear everything you copied, while pinned items stay.
Clipboard history
Everything you copy is saved, searchable and grouped by day. It holds text, links, pictures, files and colours.
- Pin, copy, delete and edit text in place.
- Drag an item straight into another app.
- Filter by All, Text, Images or Links.
- Read the text inside pictures (OCR) so you can search it or copy it.
- Search a picture with Google Lens, or open its folder in File Explorer.
Colours
Pick any colour on your screen with the eyedropper, or from a picker.
- See each colour as HEX, RGB, HSL and CMYK, and copy any of them.
- Save colours into palettes and edit them.
Assets: a file shelf
Keep files on shelves, which are your folders. Pastidy keeps a link to each file where it is, so nothing is copied or moved.
- Add files with a button, or drop them onto the page.
- Drag a file out to use it anywhere.
- Sort by recent, name or size.
Notes
A notes app with a list on the left and the note you are working on the right.
- Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, headings, bullets, checklists and text colour.
- Add pictures to your notes.
- Pin the notes you use most.
To-dos
A simple to-do list. A to-do with a due time becomes a reminder, and shows in Calendar and Today.
Timers and focus
Countdowns, a stopwatch and a Pomodoro focus mode with break reminders.
- A water counter to remind you to drink.
- A focus window that dims everything except the window you are using.
- Running timers show in the notch and keep running after a restart.
Time, calendar and weather
Keep track of the time, your day and the weather.
- A digital or analog clock, in 12 or 24 hour format, with world clocks.
- A calendar with an agenda and a month view. It can show your calendar link and your own events.
- Clocks and dates: convert between time zones, and see the time between two dates.
- Deadlines and reminders, with notifications.
- Current weather, the hourly chart, the days ahead, and city search. Switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Controls
Quick switches and settings in one place.
- Turn Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and dark mode on or off.
- Open night light and Focus settings.
- Choose your sound output, and adjust volume and brightness.
- A grid of shortcuts to apps, Settings pages and folders.
Music and sounds
Control what is playing, and shape the sound on your PC.
- See the song, its controls, and synced lyrics when they are available.
- Play built-in ambient sounds, plus free recordings from the web.
- A mixer that shows every app making sound, with its own volume and mute.
Tools
Everyday tools, ready when you need them.
- Apps: every app in your Start menu, with its icon. Starred and recent apps come first.
- Search: find files and copied items together.
- Calculator, and converters for units and currency with live rates.
- File converter: turn pictures into PNG, JPG, PDF or ICO, several at a time. Your originals are never changed.
- A simple image editor, and QR codes for text or links.
- A screen ruler that measures in pixels.
- A command box for quick actions.
- A message that takes over the notch for a set number of minutes.
- Wallpapers: save a picture and set it with one click.
- AI chat: use your own AI service key, and keep your chats on your PC.
Stats and system
See how your PC is doing, live.
- CPU, memory, GPU, disk and network speed, with the apps using the most resources.

Cleaner
Find out what is using your disk space, and free some of it.
- See every drive, with used and free space.
- Browse folders by size, or see them as a picture sized by how much space each takes.
- See your largest files, and filter them by name or path.
- Clean temporary files with one click. Your own files are never touched.
Privacy
You decide what Pastidy keeps.
- Pause clipboard capture with one click.
- Blur everything on screen when someone is looking.
- Passwords and sensitive copies are skipped.
- Leave out the apps you choose.
The dashboard and tray
The full dashboard has a sidebar with every page and all the settings. Pastidy also sits in your system tray, so it keeps working when the dashboard is closed.
