Refund policy
All Pastidy sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. If your licence key does not work, we will fix it or issue a new key, at no cost.

No refunds
Pastidy is a digital product that is delivered as soon as you buy it. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not give refunds, except where the law in your country requires one.
If your key does not work
Email hello@pastidy.com with your order email and the key. We will check it, and fix the activation or issue a replacement key. This is free, and it does not require a refund.
If you were charged twice
If the same purchase was charged more than once, email us and we will correct it with our payment provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank. A chargeback can lead to your licence being blocked.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
